Order delivery

All customers who place an order with Cogni.it effectively enter into a commercial transaction with the company, and are obliged to accept the delivery of the package ordered.

At the moment of delivery, the customers are invited to carefully inspect the package to ensure it is intact and shows no signs of tampering or transport damage. Should there be any imperfections, the customer is invited to sign for the delivery with reserve, or if deemed necessary, to refuse the delivery and to contact us by e-mail at shop@cogni.it .

If for any other reason the customer refuses the delivery or requests the return of the package to the shipper, all the shipment costs will be deducted from the eventual reimbursement sent to the customer.

If the package is not successfully delivered to the Client’s address due to a lack of cooperation from the Client (wrong telephone number, wrong address, absent at address, non-compliance with import regulations) the package may risk being sent back to Italy at the Client’s expense including any import fees that may be assessed upon re-entry to Italy. These fees will be deducted from any eventual reimbursement.
